This society has been a struggle ,Ray liked his job ,he planned on going to work everyday ,please understand that Ray will not be qualified for too many employment opportunities,yes he missed and was late but just when his life was making sense ,you terminate him just when he was at a point in his life after prison,where he felt good within himself he barely got his own car the same day he was terminated I feel he should be offered another chance to make a better assets to ur company ,he really liked his job ,so much he feels like this has stopped him from being successful,so if u can give Ray another opportunity I promise u it would be good for your company and for rayjoe .
